#redmi is set to release it’s own flagship phone redmi pro2. This new phone is powered by snapdragon 855 and has a.tri camera setup. It shares the same 48 megapixel SONY sensor IMX586 at it’s rear. It can be also seen on the leak picture, it seems that it has a pop up front camera.
It is not known when this model will be released but it somewhat shakes off the impression that redmi uses only low mid end processors.
Now, how will it differentiate against the xiaomi mi9 ? Perhaps it won’t come with optical zoom.and wide angle lens ?
