Samsung showcase the Wave 2, Wave 2 Pro, Galaxy Beam, Galaxy 3, Galaxy 5, Omnia Pro 4 and Omnia Pro 5 at CommunicAsia 2010

At CommunicAsia 2010,  the Korean manufacturer has prepared the Wave 2 and Wave 2 Pro, two bada based Smartphones, as well as three Android phones with the Galaxy Beam, Galaxy 3 and Galaxy 5, and two Windows Mobile 6.5 based phone with the Omnia Pro 4 and Omnia Pro 5.

Introduced earlier this year, the Galaxy Beam is nice phone capable to display video / Photo on a wall, with a 50’’ maximum screen size. It also comes with an 8 Megapixel camera, 3.7 inch Super AMOLED WVGA display, but also with an HD Video Mode, and the support for DivX files.

Regarding the two other Android phones, they are more Youth oriented device with a design close to the well-known Corby phones.

For our Samsung Wave 2 (S5250) and Wave 2 Pro (S5330), they succeed to the Wave introduced earlier this year and launched one month ago. These newest smartphones are also based on the bada platform. The Korean Manufacturer introduces them as the perfect tool for “a highly social lifestyle” with a bunch of wealth of gaming, social networking, e-book, health and lifestyle application.

Both should be available from August in Russia and the Southeast Asia region.

The OMNIA Family targets young business professionals, with Windows Mobile 6.5 based smartphones, the Omnia Pro 4 (B7350), Omnia Pro 5 (B6520).

Lastly, the Galaxy S (I9000) is also displayed at the CommunicAsia 2010. This new device features a bright 4 inch Super AMOLED screend, with a 1GHz processor, Android OS. It also comes with Samsung’s super-fast TouchWiz 3.0 user-interface (UI), and is already available in Singapore. Samsung announced they will soon expand it to the global market
