Whizcomm has quite a number of plans but these 4 are the Best Value at S$24/mth (24 mths) and S$26/mth (12 mths) for 2.5 Gbps and $28.99/mth (24 months) and $29.99/mth (12 months) for 10 Gbps plan.
All 4 plans do not come with a router. It comes with a ONR which itself works as a router which is pretty useful for connecting up all your room in a HDB flat. If you need WIFI, just connect it to of any the ports available.

SIMBA
SIMBA Fibre Broadband has phased out it’s 2.5 Gbps plan and only offer a single 10 Gbps no frills plan. It provides a ONT and no router is provided. You can purchase a D-Link BE 7200 WIFI 7 10 Gbps Router from them at S$179 (while stocks last).
