In WPRIME 32M and 1024M test where registered timings are the shorter the better, we noticed that the new processor seems to outperform the Sky Lake processor even at lower clock speed.
When we further overclock it to 4.8GHz, it slashes down to 7.578 secs and 230 secs to complete both 32M and 1024M tests.
When it comes to Cinebench R15 test, we can see that overclocking it to 4.8GHz boosted the CPU score up to 786 cb but the frame rate is pretty constant at 62 fps.
The integrated graphics is tested and the results in SkyDive isn’t very far apart from the SkyLake platform. Again, we have to stress that the drivers used is beta. The final driver would have improved in it’s retail release.
