Numerous reports indicate that local hospital websites are experiencing accessibility issues. As of 11:45 am, the webpages for the following hospitals in Singapore, including National University Hospital, Singapore General Hospital, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Khoo Teck Hua Hospital, and Alexandra Hospital, are inaccessible. A diagnostic check reveals that the DNS is unable to resolve the IP addresses associated with these hospitals.
Furthermore, the websites of Singapore’s three major public healthcare clusters are also affected by this issue. These clusters include SingHealth, which operates hospitals and polyclinics in the eastern region, the National Healthcare Group in the central area, and the National University Health System in the western region.
In an update, it has been observed that even polyclinic websites, such as Clementi Polyclinic under the National University Polyclinics umbrella, are encountering accessibility problems.
Websites of private hospitals, such as Mount Elizabeth Novena and Raffles Medical Group, appear to be unaffected.
If you are trying to access these sites and are encountering difficulties, please let us know if you are experiencing similar issues.
A check on the Alexandra Hospital reveals that they all seemed to be running off a company synapxe.sg which is hosted on exabytes.
Even the hosting company synapxe.sg DNS is also down.
