It is official, Google Pixel 8 series will launch on the October 4th at 10am ET. Pre-orders will begin after the launch.


Here are some of the rumors about the Pixel 8 Pro:

  • It will be powered by the Google Tensor G3 processor, which is said to be an upgraded version of the Tensor G2 processor found in the Pixel 7 Pro.
  • It will have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
  • It will have a triple-lens rear camera system, with a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel ultrawide sensor, and a 48-megapixel telephoto sensor.
  • It will have a 12-megapixel front-facing camera.
  • It will have a 5,000mAh battery.
  • It will run Android 13 out of the box.
  • It will be available in three colors: black, white, and coral.

It is also rumored that the Pixel 8 Pro will have a new temperature sensor on the back of the phone, which could be used for new camera features or health tracking.

The Pixel 8 Pro is rumored to be released in October 2023, alongside the Pixel 8. The exact price of the phone is not yet known, but it is expected to be more expensive than the Pixel 7 Pro.
