The Find X camera also supports the AI Scene Recognition function that can identify over 20 photography scenarios of photography and over 800 scenario combinations acts as your “photography technique consultant” which makes capturing a subject at its best easier than ever before.
The OPPO ColorOS 5.1 operating system is integrated with the AI engine of the Snapdragon 845 mobile platform. This enables the ColorOS 5.1 to understand the user’s needs better than before for a smarter interactive experience. Furthermore, with built-in voice recognition Google Assistant, it can adjust the performance of the microphone according to the ambient noise for a higher activation success rate.
The most revolutionary technology on the Oppo Find X is the SuperVOOC Flash Charge. This not only redefines existing mobile charging speeds, but it also pushes the user’s experience to the next level. Only the Find X model with 8GM RAM + 256GB and the Find X Automobili Lamborghini edition support the SuperVOOC Flash Charge.
Although we find the Oppo Find X a beautiful and powerful smartphone, we noticed some missing features and they include microSD slot, no dust/water proof, headphone jack. There is also no mention of support of Dual LTE and VoLTE.
The rear cameras should be a F/2.0+F/2.2 and a front facing 25 MP is a F/2.2. This may not be a good candidate for night shoot.
The OPPO Find X with 8GM RAM + 128GB will be available online and in-stores from 11 August onwards. Coming to Singapore in Bordeaux Red and Glacier Blue, the OPPO Find X will be available for pre-order from 1 August onwards at a retail price of S$1199.
The OPPO Find X with 8GM RAM + 256GB and SuperVOCC flash charge will be available at $1399 in Singapore at a later date.
