HP Elite x3 – the first built-for-business mobile device running Windows 10 that revolutionalises the mobile computing experience. The HP Elite x3 bridges phablet, laptop and desktop use cases from a single computing device while enabling users to run key productivity apps across these different experiences seamlessly.

The phablet is powered by Snapdragon 820 powered device. As a standalone device, it’s a mobile phone with dual sim. It can be docked and transformed into a working desktop or notebook. When docked, the Windows 10 Mobile desktop mode will be shown on the external monitor.

The device also comes with an eye retina scanner. This one device for all is suitable for mobile workers as it saves the company of providing a notebook, a handset and a desktop to the employee. The HP Elite x3 is ready for work with business-grade security, HP support, and durability that’s dust and water resistant and designed to pass MIL-STD 810G and IP67 testing.

Effortlessly switch between a handheld phablet and a desktop PC or laptop experience when you dock to a larger display.
The Elite x3 is the first built-for-business mobile device to deliver seamless phablet, laptop and desktop business productivity in a single device.
The product will be launched in August and availability should be as early as September 2016. The pricing is not known but it should be close the price of a subnotebook.
