BBC reports that India is planning to impose a ban on the usage of cloud based email system Gmail, Yahoo! or Outlook.com. by their civil servants. follows the publication of leaks about US cyber-spying operations.
The civil servants will have to use a service provided by their National Informatics Centre (NIC). It I snot known if the ban will be imposed on commercial organisations and personal usage.
