It looks like things are heating up ahead of IMDA’s decision on SIMBA’s acquisition of M1. M1’s Maxx has decided to remove 5G access from its $10 plan with effect from 16 Dec 2025. The website has also been updated, clearly listing the $10 plan as a 4G-only offering.
