The Microsoft Office 365 Home Premium is scheduled to be launched on 16 Jan 2013. The license allows it to be run on 5 PCs or MACs at home. It can also be used on mobile devices. Pricing is not available right now.
Below is screen shot of my trial run of Office 365 on an iPad editing an excel spreadsheet. Formatting is retained whether you edit it using the Web App or the standalone MS Office Application.
