The OPPO Find X9 Pro already comes with a powerful 200 MP telephoto camera, but the new Hasselblad Teleconverter really levels it up. Snap it onto the phone using the special case and you get true 10× optical zoom — about 230 mm equivalent — that feels more like a compact camera than a phone.
In good lighting, photos stay sharp even up to 20×, and colours look rich and natural. Beyond that, image quality softens a bit, but it’s still decent for quick shots. For video, it can zoom up to 50×, though you’ll want a tripod if you don’t want your footage to shake like crazy.
It’s not all perfect — the lens adds some weight, and you lose access to the ultra-wide camera when it’s attached. Also, don’t expect great results at night since the extra glass cuts some light.
It will be useful for nature lovers who want to capture birds or distant scenery, and concert goers who go mainly to take photos and videos — not so much to “enjoy” the performance itself. With that kind of reach, you can zoom right in on the action from far behind.
Still, for anyone who loves taking photos or videos while travelling, or for creators who want more reach without carrying a big camera, the Find X9 Pro with teleconverter is quite shiok. It’s a niche add-on, but it delivers real optical zoom that few phones can match.
