OPPO has officially confirmed it will hold a global launch event on Oct. 19 to announce the Find N3 series. Hence, it appears that the brand will announce the Find N3 Flip as well as Find N3 for the global market on the said date.
According to the online Facebook posts by OPPO, the launch will be held in Singapore.

A couple of months ago, we reviewed the OPPO FIND N2 FLIP and was quite elated with it’s performance. So what will be upgraded on the FIND N3 FLIP ?
The Find N3 Flip has a 6.81-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz foldable screen on the inside and a 3.26-inch AMOLED cover display. It has a 32-megapixel front and a 50-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 48-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 32-megapixel (telephoto) triple camera system on the back.
The Dimensity 9200 powered device has 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM, up to 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage, and a 4,300mAh battery with 44W fast charging. It has other features, such as ColorOS 13.1-based Android 13, an alert slider, and a side-facing fingerprint scanner.

The Find N3 Flip has a slightly larger cover display which you can use it to interact with the apps without flipping open the smartphone.
