Furthermore, when operating at peak performance, the Qualcomm Oryon demands 30% less power than the M2 Max.

When comparing its performance to the x86 processor Intel i9-13980HX, the Qualcomm Oryon continues to shine. It surpasses the competition with a single-thread performance score of 3227, while the Intel i9-13980HX trails at 3192. Moreover, at peak performance, the Qualcomm Oryon exhibits a remarkable 70% reduction in power consumption in contrast to its competition.

In multithreaded benchmarks, the Qualcomm Oryon excels, being twice as fast as the most popular 10 or 12-core notebook processors, namely the Core i7-1355U and Core i7-1360P, while consuming 68% less power.

Additionally, it outperforms the 16-core laptop processor Core i7-13800H with a 60% increase in CPU performance and a power consumption that is 65% lower.

Compared to the M2, the Qualcomm Oryon boasts a 50% faster peak multithread performance.

Not only does the Qualcomm Oryon shine in CPU performance, but its integrated GPU is also impressive. It is twice as fast as the i7-13800H’s integrated GPU and consumes 74% less power.

In a head-to-head comparison with the Ryzen 9-7940HS, the Qualcomm Oryon emerges victorious, boasting an 80% increase in speed at peak performance while consuming 80% less power.
