Conclusion

The Google Pixel 2 XL is a very responsive phone. The feature set are excellent and has excelled in various tests. The picture quality even surpassed that of those taken by Apple iPhone 8. Google Pixel 2 XL captured more details even in dim light compared to the iPhone 8 when both were shooting at the same location.

Everything seems perfect but it seems that the screen seems to be a bit strange. There is a bluish tint when you view it from an angle. According to Google, it is by design.

Secondly, the pressure gauge is by default not very sensitive to the squeeze. You can adjust it accordingly but it still requires some calibration before you use it.

The package came with a USB C cable and a USB C male to USB A Female adaptor. As most PC users might be using older generation devices, there is no way they can transfer files unless they go out to buy a USB A male to USB A male  cable to connect the device (through USB C male to USB A female) to the PC.

Overall, Google Pixel 2 XL is an amazing piece of device that bridges the best of hardware and software. It is currently sold exclusively by Singtel.
