In flight roaming for SuperRoam Max users

Something new added to SuperRoam Max is that subscribers can enjoy up to 10 GB of in-flight data roaming (inclusive of 60 Roaming Destinations in Group A). After the 10GB is used up, any excess data usage will be charged at SGD4/GB (charged per 10MB block) from your SIMBA’s wallet.

As soon as in-flight roaming is activated on board, follow the 2 steps below to start enjoying in-flight roaming services. You might also receive a Welcome SMS notifying you that in-flight roaming service is available.

Data Settings: Turn on Data Roaming (Detailed guide can be found on Aeromobile Website)
APN Settings: Key in TPG to Name and APN (Refer to APN FAQ for step-by-step guide).

SuperRoamMax users can roam in filght on airline partners of AeroMobile – AER LINGUS, AIR BEGIUM, ASIANA AIRLINES, BIMAN BANGLADESH AIRLINES,CATHAY PACIFIC, EGYPTAIR, EMIRATES, ETIHAD AIRWAYS, EVA AIR, ITA AIRWAYS, KUWAI AIRWAYS, LUFTANSA, MALAYSIA AIRLINES,SAS SCANDINAVIAN AIRLINES, SINGAPORE AIRLINES, SWISS, TAP AIR PORTUGAL, TURKISH AIRLINES, UZBEKISTAN AIRWAYS.

Roaming updates for Australia and New Zealand

Today, SIMBA Telecom moved Brunei, Saint Pierre and Miquelon and Turkey to Group A destinations for all SIMBA Mobile Plans. That means users will be able to get 1 GB free data roam for the SIM ONLY 100 GB, Seniors and Business 50 GB, 10 GB for SuperRoamMax, 2 GB for SIM ONLY 130.

SIMBA added Australia (Vodaphone) and New Zealand (Spark).

Previously, SIMBA added support for users to roam in 5G & VoLTE in the following countries (operator).
