Singapore will be one of the first 4 countries in the world that can purchase the Nexus One online. The three other locations are USA, UK and Hong Kong. This was revealed at a press only event at Google HQ in United States on Tuesday.
The phone is sold through US web on Google store at http://google.com/phone and is now available for purchase. You can order one for US$577.31 (S$806.65), which comprises US$529 for the device, US$19.99 for the power adapter and US$28.32 for shipping through DHL. Payment is made through credit-card but users will need to have a Google account.
US users can buy the phone with 2 yrs contract with T-mobile at US$180 or buy at standalone price. The standalone set is unlocked, so you can use it with any telecom operator of your choice.
