Singapore’s MVNO Zero1 has put up a notice that their 5G plans will eventually support 5G and 5G+, which are 5G SA networks powered by Singtel.

This is in line with IMDA’s decision to move all 5G networks to the SA version and phase out the support for 5G(NSA) by 31 Dec 2025.
According to reports, Zero1 is planning to replace current subscribers 4G sim cards to 5G ones in preparation for the 5G SA plans.
Customers who are on the Streamo Freedom and Movemo Dash plans will probably get to upgrade their SIM cards first as early as Mid September.
Zero1 users on our other mobile plans can upgrade to the Streamo Freedom or Movemo Dash plan to enjoy 5G+ once the service is ready.

In the meantime, M1 Maxx users are also doing a SIM exchange programme to 5G SIM. The M1 maxx plans are 5G SA enabled and does support 2 carrier aggregation of NR bands which is loosely classified as 5G+. “5G+” is a marketing term used by some mobile operators to signal enhanced or upgraded 5G capabilities — but it’s not a formal technical standard.
