This morning, we received complaints from subscribers of Zero1 and ZYM regarding the 5G NSA “Add-in” feature being disabled.

As you may recall, both ZYM and Zero1 previously offered a 3-month trial of the 5G NSA service. It now appears that the feature has been switched off.

We’re wondering if this is a system bug, especially since many 4G users have been enjoying 5G NSA access free of charge for nearly a year.

Will the MVNOs retroactively charge for the difference in add-on subscription fees, or is this part of a planned change? Will they finally enable 5G(SA) only for the $15 plan while maintaining just 4G+ for the lower tier plans ? That remains to be seen.
