The Pack follows the cycle and expiry date of your TPG SIM-Only Plan. Example, if your SIM-Only plan renewal date is on 31 Jan 2022, which means the last day of its 30-day plan is on 30 Jan 2022. The IDD Pack expiry date is 30 Jan 2022.
The IDD minutes can be used overseas via TPG 4G App only in these destinations: Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, India, Japan, Taiwan.
Your SIMBA Super IDD Pack follows the cycle of your TPG SIM-Only Plan. It will expire on day 30 of your TPG SIM-Only Plan. All unused balances will expire and cannot be carried forward to next cycle.
