TPG offers zero-rated Toggle and MeRadio streaming
You can now enjoy Mediacorp TV and Radio streaming without incurring any data on the go.
26 July 2019 – TPG is pleased to announce that, as part of a strategic collaboration with Mediacorp, Toggle and MeRadio traffic are now zero-rated on its network. TPG’s subscribers are now able to stream Toggle’s videos and MeRadio’s radio stations without using their data allowance.
TPG’s General Manager Richard Tan said, “We are delighted to bring this exclusive Toggle and MeRadio offer to our customers. We are helping friends and family connect with our new mobile network as well as providing value-added services with access to radio and video streaming content.” Mediacorp’s Head for Digital Products & Technology Anil Nihalani said, “Mediacorp is glad to partner TPG in enhancing the value for their customers to enjoy our content on their mobile devices.
As Singapore’s largest content creator, we offer rich and diverse programmes on both Toggle and MeRadio, which TPG customers can now consume on the go without having to worry about their data usage charges. This initiative highlights TPG’s bold consumer-centric approach and we are
pleased to be working with a like-minded partner in them.”
Last month, TPG shook up the Singapore telco market by announcing the launch of free unlimited data roaming in Malaysia and Indonesia. Mr. Tan added, “We continue to welcome everyone to sign up for our free 12 months mobile service trial plan. We have plans to bring more customer benefits
and innovations to the market.”
