With effective from 12 Apr 2019, Zero SG will will increase the Fair Use allowance to 150% of the current allowance for both Zero X and Zero Xs Plan, increasing it from 30GB to 45GB each month without increasing the prices. It applies to existing and new customers.
This means that customers that are porting from another provider will be able to get Unlimited Data with an increased full speed Fair Use allowance of 45GB, Unlimited Calls and SMS for just $49.95 per month
with no lock-in contract. See more information below.
Another change is that Zero X Plan will be at $49.95/mth and the Zero Xs Plan at $39.95/mth when a customer ports their current post-paid number from another provider. It will revert to it is original $59.95/mth and $49.95/mth after the first 6 mths.
The Zero X Plan comes with Unlimited Data, Calls and SMS in Singapore with no lock-in contract and is priced at half the cost of M1’s mySIM(3) 98 Plan, which has a similar offering to us.
The Zero Xs Plan comes with Unlimited Data, 100 local minutes and 50 SMS with no lock-in contract. It is priced just under $40, which is very attractive when compared to a competitor plan which charges $18 for a discounted Base Plan, $20 for Unlimited Data Pack and $2 for an Incoming Calls Pack, totalling $40 each month.
Zero X provide better value with a higher fair use data allowance of 45GB, more SMS and access to the most premium network in Singapore at that price-point.
