BIOSTAR Motherboard Caught Attention at CeBIT 2012

Hannover, Germany, March 2012 – During CeBIT 2012, the BIOSTAR GROUP, major manufacturer of motherboards, VGA cards, industrial computer systems and other peripherals, is introducing their all new motherboard line-up for Intel Ivy-Bridge and Sandy-Bridge-E processors.

Focus at this year’s show is the brand-new Z77-chipset based series of motherboards, for third generation Intel-Core-processors (Ivy Bridge). The BIOSTAR-Z77 lineup consists of 5 motherboard models. While the TZ77XE4, TZ77XE3, TZ77A, and TZ77B come as ATX form factor models, the TZ77MXE is designed as MicroATX platform.

Another highlight is the TPOWER X79 motherboard, built around the Intel X79 Express chipset for high-performance Sandy-Bridge-E processors. This LGA-2011-Socket motherboard is equipped with three PCI-Express x16 slots, supporting AMD’s CrossFireX as well as Nvidia’s SLI multi-graphics technologies for most powerful graphics performance.

For AMD enthusiasts, BIOSTAR has the TA990FXE flagship motherboard with the advanced AMD 990FX chipset in combination with the SB950 Southbridge on display. The AM3+ socket on this BIOSTAR-Motherboard also supports AMD 6-core as well as 8-core FX-processors.

Furthermore BIOSTAR is showing an array of Intel Z75 and B75 chipset based motherboard at this year’s CeBIT.
