Contract Break-up Campaign

General Terms and Conditions

“Contract Break-up” (“the Campaign”) is organised by Circles.Life (Liberty Wireless Pte Ltd).

The Campaign is open to existing subscribers as well as new incoming subscribers.

The Campaign is valid from 12:00:00 PM, 7th November, 2016 until whenever Circles.Life deems fit.

Offer

If a Circles.Life subscriber breaks an existing contract with a telecommunications company (distinct from Circles.Life, hereinafter called “the telecommunication company”) for a given postpaid phone number after porting-in the aforementionned postpaid phone number over to Circles.Life network, the subscriber can redeem an extra amount of Bonus Data as follows:

  1. Until the moment the proof of termination (as defined in d.) is validated by Circles.Life: bonus (hereinafter called “Port-in Bonus Data”) equals 2 GB /mo;

  2. Starting from the moment the proof of termination is validated by Circles.Life and until 11:59:59 PM, June 30th, 2017: bonus (hereinafter called “Break-up Bonus Data”) is provided as detailed in b.;

  3. Starting from 00:00:00 AM, July 1st, 2017 and for as long as the subscriber remains on Circles.Life network with the postpaid phone number the subscriber ported-in: bonus (hereinafter called “Port-in Bonus Data”) is equal to 1 GB /mo.

The amount of Break-up Bonus Data is defined as follows:

  1. If the duration between the termination and the original expiration date of the contract with the telecommunication company is between 1 day and 1 month, the Break-up Bonus Data equals 2 GB /mo;

  2. If the duration between the termination and the original expiration date of the contract with the telecommunication company is between 1 month and 1 day and 2 months, the Break-up Bonus Data equals 4 GB /mo;

  3. If the duration between the termination and the original expiration date of the contract with the telecommunication company is between 2 months and 1 day and 3 months, the Break-up Bonus Data equals 6 GB /mo;

  4. If the duration between the termination and the original expiration date of the contract with the telecommunication company is between 3 months and 1 day and 4 months, the Break-up Bonus Data equals 8 GB /mo;

  5. If the duration between the termination and the original expiration date of the contract with the telecommunication company is between 4 months and 1 day and 5 months, the Break-up Bonus Data equals 10 GB /mo;

  6. If the duration between the termination and the original expiration date of the contract with the telecommunication company is between 5 months and 1 day and 6 months, the Break-up Bonus Data equals 12 GB /mo;

  7. If the duration between the termination and the original expiration date of the contract with the telecommunication company is superior or equal to 6 months and 1 day, the Break-up Bonus Data equals 12 GB /mo.

To redeem the offer, the subscriber must terminate an existing postpaid number with a telecommunication company and disclose the final bill issued by the telecommunication company after the termination to Circles.Life at contractbreakup@circles.life.

Circles.Life reserves the right to validate the use of any other proof than the one described in point c. above.

The time of validation of the termination proof may be equal to or greater than two (2) weeks from the time when the required proof is sent to contractbreakup@circles.life.

Circles.Life reserves the right to not accept proof provided by the customer as adequate at the end of the evaluation.

If the subscriber has ported-in to Circles.Life network and the validation of the termination proof fails, the subscriber will get 2 GB /mo Port-in Bonus Data until 11:59:59 PM, June 30th, 2017 and 1 GB /mo starting from 00:00:01 AM, July 1st, 2017 and for as long as the subscriber remains on Circles.Life network with the postpaid phone number the subscriber ported-in.

Limitations

Circles.Life reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter the terms and conditions of the Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the users.

Circles.Life’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.

Circles.Life shall not be liable for any claims by the users or be accountable for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or related to the Campaign.

Circles.Life shall not be liable for any claims by the users or be accountable for third¬party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or related to the Campaign.Circles.Life shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or Circles.Life do not take any responsibility in the case of an event that may prevent the users from participating in the Campaign, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations specific or force majeure, which include but not limited to regulatory events, government directive, government intervention and act of God etc. related to the Campaign.

Circles.Life shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or related to the Campaign.

Circles.Life do not take any responsibility in the case of an event that may prevent the users from participating in the Campaign, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations specific or force majeure, which include but not limited to regulatory events, government directive, government intervention and act of God etc.

Termination

Circles.Life reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any Participants who have engaged in fraudulent conduct that Circles.Life deem to be inappropriate or unacceptable.
