Singapore-based Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) Circles.Life will raise its monthly subscription cost by 40 cents via an increase in its “platform fee” starting February 2026.
Currently, Circles.Life customers pay a 30-cent platform fee, which includes complimentary access to various AI tools such as GPT-5.2, Gemini 2.5 Pro, and Perplexity Sonar.

Subscribers also benefit from the Zerofy cashback programme, which works similarly to platforms like ShopBack. Purchases made through the Circles.Life app earn cashback that can be used to offset monthly bills.
The additional 40-cent increase may support the rollout of new services, including the Circles Zerofy cashback card — a virtual debit card that allows users to earn cashback on spending across a wider range of merchants.
Customers do not have the option to opt out of the platform fee. With operating costs rising and telcos increasingly bundling value-added services, could this signal more price adjustments across the telecom industry in the near future?
