It looks like Apple fans will be disappointed if they are a Citibank customer. According to Citibank Singapore, they have received complains that their mobile app can’t be launched on the new devices. Users will have to login to their banking account via the internet browsers.
Dear Citi Customers,
Some users of the newly released iPhone XS and the iPhone XS Max have reported that they are unable to launch the Citi Mobile® App on these mobile devices. We are aware of the issue and are working at resolving this as a matter of priority.
Users of iPhone models, other than those indicated above, are not affected. Users of Android mobile devices are also not affected.
During this time, you may access your Citibank online banking accounts through the internet browsers on your mobile devices or desktops, at www.citibank.com.sg.
