You forgot to mention a pretty big point, and that is the support for USB3 and Sata 6Gbit/sec specs. Just as with the MSI board, USB3 inputs on back panel are in red, and it looks like there are 2 SATA 6G/s port that from what I can tell are the orange input on this board. Though its hard to tell due to the angle of the shots, I would guess 5 SATA inputs – 4 at SATA 3Gbs/sec and the 1 that is not at a right angle is probably the 6G/s port. Makes sense as that one would be used for a fast OS SSD while the rest can be used for storage/media which doesn’t require the bandwidth.
Also, no need to guess on the chipset. Board clearly reads 890GX above the lower red PCI2 slot.

You are wrong. the SB 850 does not support USB 3. In fact, support for USB 3 is only via third party chipsets.
