Good news Giga users, you can now get enhanced speed accessing the 5G NSA network of Starhub from 1 Sep to 31 Dec 2021.
The giga 5G Pack is offered free to the first 10K giga subscribers who successfully redeem it from the giga App. You will need to redeem it monthly if you wish to continue – fastest fingers first.
To enjoy giga’s 5G Pack, you must
1. use handsets that are approved by giga and compatible for the 5G Pack
2. install any necessary software updates on the Approved Handsets
3. be on any of the giga plans (6GB base plan, 40GB base plan, 50GB Pop-Up plan, 60GB base plan or 100GB base plan)
4. be in the supported 5G network coverage area
5. have successfully added on the 5G Pack
Whilst giga tries to ensure accuracy, factors such as building construction, local conditions, device and software, download source and network traffic may impact your experience.
You can start experiencing giga 5G on Samsung Galaxy S21 series, Oppo and Xiaomi 5G series.
