Firstly, you need to go to Google Android beta site, OPT IN and download QPR1 beta 3.
Agree to the terms and do a system update.
Reboot and enter setting->network->SIMBA, you will see the VolTE option, turn that on. Carrier settings version will be updated to 2022-9-23.
Once that is done, you can now make calls using the dial pad.
You can countercheck if VoLTE is provisioned by using *#*#4636#*#*
We are not sure when will Google push this Carrier settings version to all users of Pixel 4 to 7 series. Since it is already in the beta, I am sure it should be in the pipeline.
