There have been queries from readers on how to login to the online portal to check the SIMBA fibre broadband bill and changing of credit card information.

Before you begin, you will need to find out your SERVICE ID from your WELCOME EMAIL sent to you when you activated your broadband service. This is the login id to the account management page at https://novus.tpgtelecom.com.sg/novus-csm/tpgsg/index

The first step you would need to do is to click Forget Password and key in your Service ID. Click the SEND button and follow the instruction to change the password. Once that is done, you should be able to login to your Fibre Broadbnad Account.
