LG & YouTube Deal Ushering in Unique 3D Mobile Experience at MWC 2011

Smartphones with spruced up capabilities are flooding the MWC venue. Attendees at the Barcelona venue are sure to go back home with a smile panted on their faces, considering the amount of technology innovations that are being showcased. One aspect we are happy about is the ushering in of a new 3D deal between LG and YouTube. The two players have announced a new partnership to provide a unique 3D mobile experience to users.

The deal means that the LG Optimus 3D smartphone that comes with solutions to limited mobility and specialized glasses, will make use of the partnership with YouTube so as to ensure that users could easily generate and access enough and more 3D content.

The Android running smartphone will bring forth to users the ability to capture and view 3D videos without glasses. Further, users will also be able to upload and share them instantly via the YouTube medium.

What more are you looking at now? This partnership, we believe, would be part of LG’s mega entry into the 3D scenario by way of mobile technology.

The partnership would aid a truck between YouTube and LG to enable delivery and sharing of 3D video onto mobile devices easily.

LG has brought in the 3D technology that is powered by their dual-core, simultaneous dual-channel and dual-memory “Tri-Dual” Configuration to Barcelona where the MWC 2011 is in session.

The LG Optimus 3D smartphone will, in fact, be the first mobile device capable of providing the YouTube 3D experience.

Expected to start hitting European markets by the second quarter of 2011, the device is what we are tempted to buy as soon as it comes. What is your take on this?
