If you have been parking your mobile number with Maxx, it seems that they have now added the 60 days limit. Thus, if you are on base plan and don’t top up in 60 days by purchaing a plan or add on, your line will be suspended.

To enjoy Base Plan @ $0 Promotion Discount, you will have to purchase any Maxx Plan or Add-On. If no Maxx Plan or Add-On is purchased for consecutive 60 days before the 1st day of each month, promotional discount will be revoked and services will be suspended. “

BASE PLAN PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT
1. Base Plan @ $0 Promotion Discount will be valid till further notice. Refer to the M1 website for the latest update.

2. If the customer registers the Maxx SIM card and does not purchase any Maxx Plan Add-On by the following day, M1 may in its discretion terminate all services and customer’s SIM card.

3. If the customer has not purchased any paid Maxx Plan or Add-On during the past 60 consecutive days before the 1st day of each month, the (i) promotional discount will be revoked, (ii) customer will be charged for the base plan for the month; and (iii) Key Services will be suspended. For the purpose of Maxx SIM plan, “Key Services” refer to data, outgoing calls and/or outgoing SMS services provided to you.

4. All services and customer’s Maxx SIM will be terminated if customer fails to make payment within 28 days of notification, with the period starting on and including the day on which customer first receives notification on customer’s obligation to make payment for base plan. The customer will have to make payment for the base plan via the M1 Maxx App or M1 Authorized Maxx Retailers.

5. The customer’s Maxx SIM will be reactivated upon making payment for the base plan. Upon re-activation, if the customer still has not purchased any paid Maxx Plan or Add-Ons during the past 60 consecutive days before the 1st of the subsequent month, the customer will be charged for the base plan for that month.

6. Customer will receive SMS notification for each of the event: (i) revocation of promotional discount, charging of base plan and suspension of Key Services, and (ii) termination of all services and customer’s Maxx SIM before the date of termination.
