Motorola made a bold move at CES 2026, unveiling its most ambitious smartphone lineup in years. The company introduced the Razr Fold, its first book-style foldable, alongside the ultra-premium Motorola Signature flagship and a Razr FIFA World Cup 26™ Edition, signaling a major push into the high-end market.
Razr Fold Is Motorola’s First True Galaxy Z Fold Competitor
The new Motorola Razr Fold places the brand directly against Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold series. It features an 8.1-inch 2K LTPO foldable display on the inside and a 6.6-inch external screen for quick, everyday tasks.

What sets it apart is Moto Pen Ultra stylus support, a notable advantage as several competitors have stepped away from stylus compatibility in foldables. Motorola is also emphasizing productivity, AI-powered multitasking, and a triple 50MP camera system designed for both work and creativity. A summer 2026 release is planned.
Motorola Signature Brings Ultra-Thin Design and Long-Term Software Support

The Motorola Signature is positioned as the brand’s most premium non-foldable smartphone to date. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, it measures just 6.99mm thick while packing a quad 50MP camera setup.
One of the biggest announcements is Motorola’s commitment to seven years of software updates, placing the Signature among the most future-proof Android phones revealed at CES 2026.
Razr FIFA World Cup 26™ Edition Targets Fans and Collectors

Motorola also revealed a Razr FIFA World Cup 26™ Edition, celebrating the upcoming global tournament. The special edition features exclusive FIFA branding, custom colors, and themed software, while retaining the familiar Razr flip design and hardware.
