The ASUS Wireless Duo works just like any normal USB drive. Simply plugin to any USB port of your PC and transfer files in/out by drag and drop in Windows. To transfer files wirelessly from your Android smartphone, you would need to install the app downloadable from the Google Store.
Once you have installed that application, you would need to power on the ASUS Wireless Duo and let your smartphone scan for the network “ASUS Wireless Duo”. Connect to ASUS Wireless Duo.
Once you are in the software, you can choose your data source. It is either your phone or the files from the ASUS Wireless Duo
We take a look at the files inside the Wireless Duo.
You can do a search on the files or change the settings.
For settings, you can set the password for connecting to your original network access point so that it daisy chain (treat it like an extension of your network). You can now surf the net on your mobile device.
