Network Configuration
You can choose to configure the Router from 192.168.0.1 or from the app from the app store.
Once you enter the Router settings, you will be greeted with the Internet Wizard which you would most probably just click through to configure the basic setup.
If you need further settings, you might need to go through each tab and check out the options available. In the video below, you will see options like AI settings, Game Centre etc.
As this is a WIFI 6 device, the tri band is 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz low range and 5 GHz high range. In order to make things simpler, it is best to configure the three networks with 3 different SSIDs.
For most users, they will let the default AUTO be used for the WIFI channel. This should work in most cases but it migth be slow if you live in a neighbourhood where there are lots of users having mesh network taking up most of the channels.
What you could do is to allocate a channel that is less occupied and hope that it won’t slow you down. One option is to choose the mid range Ch 100 (DFS channel). This may work unless the router detects a nearby radar. Always uses an analyzer to find the best channel for both your WIFI 5GHz band 1 range and 5GHz band 2 range.
