SIMBA launched this new SuperRoam 50 GB plan some days ago. At S$20, it offers 130 GB of local data and 10 GB for roaming in Australia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia and 50 GB in Malaysia. As some readers already had the older plans, this new plan offers more value for money if you travel around these few countries. For roaming in other countries, you would need to top up the wallet.

Today, SIMBA announced the good news. You can now SWITCH your SIMBA Plan to S$20 plan – SuperRoam 50GB (30-Day or 90-Day) by visiting any SIMBA Service Centre islandwide.

Do take note that you can change your plan on Day 1 to 25 of your current cycle. Once the change is activated, your old plan will be terminated and the new plan will be activated with a new billing cycle. There will also be no refund of existing unused balance. The account ID, wallet balance of the original plan remains unchanged.

If you have just renewed your current plan, it might be worthwhile to wait till the 20th day of your billing cycle to do a plan change.

For other upgrade plans of existing plans, you can refer to the chart below :

e.g. SuperRoam Max can be converted to SueprRoam 50GB(30D) or SuperRoam50GB (90D) and vice versa. Super Roam plan cannot be downgraded to non-SuperRoam plans.
