Singtel launches 2 x 4G plans, a senior plan at S$5/mth and a $12 plan ($10 if you port in). Both are 4G only plans with abundant data for local and roaming.
The senior plan at $5 comes with 200 GB SG and 200 GB of roaming data shared between Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. It also comes with 100 IDD minutes to 9 destination and 300 local mins and 50 SMS.
The $12 Plan is 250 GB of SG data and 250 of Roaming data shared between Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. It also comes with 10 GB roaming data in 15 destinations and up to 500 IDD minutes for 9 destination, 300 local call minutes and 50 SMS.

The $15 plan it is a 5G+ plan and it comes with 250 GB Singapore and 250 GB shared roaming data between Malaysia, Blangadesh, India, Indonesia and Thailand. It also has 600 IDD minutes for 9 destinations and 500 local mins + 100 SMS.
All plans comes with a base plan of 60 days that has free incoming voice calls.
*Senior plan is only available to all Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, Employment and Long-Term Pass holders aged 60 years old and above.
**$10 hi! plan offer is applicable to successful port-in customers only. Offer is valid for 12 months upon activation of service.

i. Unused balances remaining in the Customer’s Singtel hi! Plans (excluding roaming data) may be rolled over provided the Customer tops up before the relevant Singtel hi! Plan expires. Customers may roll over their balances up to the following limit:

The plans look good but it lacks VoLTE roaming and limited roaming partners. In fact, the plan looks like a revamped Heya plan. Port in from heya is not supported.
