According to a FAQ posted on Zero1 website, it seems that Singtel’s 5G NSA network will retire by 31 March 2026. The date was postponed twice, from 31 Dec 2026 to 31 Jan 2026 and now to 31 Mar 2026.
In fact, the other telcos are still running both 5G SA and 5G NSA networks concurrently, providing low latency. The probably advantage is to reduce network complexity and lower power consumption by having a single 5G then two 5G networks (based on 4G anchor).
