When there is competition, customers benefit. Singtel Singapore has rolled out a slew of new offerings across mobile, broadband and TV since March – from new plans to bundles that better suit customers’ evolving needs.
The latest upgrade is to its rewards programme, Singtel Circle, that combines mobile, broadband and TV services. The more services you subscribe, the more discounts you get. Singtel is now providing 15% off for those who sign up for three or more services This complements its existing perks for handset upgrade waivers. Customers who sign up for more services will automatically be upgraded.
Launched today are Singtel’s 24-month phone plans designed to add more overall value than SIM-only options, when factoring in handset discounts and port-in fees. Singtel is currently the only connectivity provider in Singapore delivering this level of value.
These follow earlier deals on mobile plans under Singtel, GOMO and hi!, as well as the introduction of Sweetch broadband-and-mobile bundles in March.
More value and savings with Singtel’s offerings
A) The enhanced Singtel Circle loyalty programme gives customers more discounts when they bundle post-paid mobile, fibre broadband and TV services under one account.
Key features of the programme include:
- 10% off with two services and 15% off with three services
- Annual handset upgrade waiver of up to $200
B) Since March 2026, Singtel has been offering customers Sweetch Bundles which feature more savings when fibre broadband and 5G+ mobile services are combined under a single contract. The bundled pricing starts from $60 and $80, which amounts to approximately 50% off usual retail rates if purchased individually.
Under these bundles, customers can choose from two tiers:
- Sweetch Bundle 10 ($80/month, usual $154.88)
Includes 10Gbps broadband and a Priority 5G+ Unlimited mobile plan, with priority network access (up to 4x faster speeds), unlimited Malaysia roaming, 13GB Asia roaming, 1,000 minutes and 1,000 SMS, plus an additional mobile line.
- Sweetch Bundle 5 ($60/month, usual $120.88)
Includes 5Gbps broadband and an Enhanced 5G+ Unlimited mobile plan, with speeds of up to 2x faster.
Both bundles come with a mobile line, fibre broadband service, WiFi 7 router, CAST.SG entertainment, home line and free installation.
C) Launched in April 2026 is GOMO by Singtel’s new $12 student and NS plan. It includes 400GB data for use in Singapore and Malaysia, as well as 12GB of roaming across 18 destinations in Asia. The plan, which covers more destinations than comparable plans in the market, supports users who prioritise large data allowances and regional roaming. Customers can manage their plans through the GOMO app, from sign-up to usage tracking.
D) Singtel has also enhanced its plans to better support seniors aged 60 and above, with options now covering its key brands: Singtel, GOMO and hi!. Starting from $5 to $6 per month, all three plans include large data bundles, regional connectivity and scam protection, as well as features that suit their specific needs.
For customers who want:
- Added protection against scams and access to in-person support: Singtel’s $6 postpaid plan includes 340GB local data, 6GB Malaysia roaming, unlimited talktime, 100 SMS and Scam Protect for calls and SMS, which helps safeguard users against scam calls and messages. Customers also have access to in-store assistance and guided support. Optional add-ons such as McAfee Mobile Security ($4.99/month), which protects the device against malware, viruses and malicious software, and Mobile Protect ($5.90/month) to stop threats at the 5G network level, are available for additional protection.
- Wider roaming coverage: GOMO by Singtel’s $6 postpaid plan features 400GB data and broader roaming across APAC and globally. This plan is best suited for digitally-savvy customers who can manage their services independently via the GOMO app.
- Flexibility without monthly commitments: hi! by Singtel’s $5 plan provides regional data and roaming on a no-contract basis, with unused data and talktime rolled over and accumulated for up to six months. Seniors can conveniently purchase physical SIMs at authorised hi! retailers or opt for eSIM activation online, making it easy to get connected.
