With the click of a button, you can now change your SIMBA plan online at www.simba.sg.
Go to the top menu bar and select Plan settings and click Change of Plan. Enter your mobile number and enter the OTP received.
Just select the plan accordingly and read the terms & conditions. It is recommended to convert your plan, giving it a leeway of 7 days ahead of your renewal date as SIMBA will charge you next month’s bill 4 days before the renewal date. In this case, you won’t be paying for both the old plan and the new plan.
