The TPG trial that started back in Dec 2018 will officially come to an end on 30h May 2020. Trial users will receive another email on 1st May 2020 and they can decide to use the number and convert to a paying plan ($10 for 50 GB) from 1st June or let it auto terminate.
Those who signed up in Jan 2020 will probably have till July 2020 (6 mths) to decide if they wish to change over to the commercial plan or terminate it.
If you just open your mailbox, you should have received the email TPG sent out last midnight on trial extension and conversion to $10 for 50 GB plan.
Another piece of good news is that, TPG users can now call through 6 series fixed line numbers that were formerly ported from Singtel. Try calling your fibre home broadband fixed number, it should work.
