VIVIFI introduces a new kids plan bundled with the “Norton 360 Premium + VIVIFI Roam Value” plan. The promotion is available for new sign-ups starting from January 9, 2025, until further notice. To qualify, customers must select this plan and enter the promo code “VIVAKIDS” at the Checkout page.

The discounted subscription fee of $6.80 per month for the VIVIFI Roam Value plan applies for 12 calendar months from the month of SIM activation, provided the customer successfully makes a payment of $49.90 for a one-year subscription to the bundled Norton 360 Premium service within 14 days of submitting the order. For the month of SIM activation, both the subscription fee and discount will be pro-rated. After 12 months, the subscription fee reverts to $7.70 per month. If payment for the Norton 360 Premium service is not successfully made within 14 days, the subscription fee for the VIVIFI Roam Value plan will be $7.70 per month from the date of SIM activation.

Customers must activate their SIM card within 14 days of receiving it (for physical SIMs) or the Order ID (for eSIMs). Port-ins from non-Singtel brands are welcome.

Eligible customers enjoy 100GB of data, 300 minutes of talk time, 100 SMS, and 2GB of monthly recurring roaming data for Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Taiwan, and India. Additionally, customers porting in their mobile numbers from non-Singtel brands within 30 days of signing up will receive three months of free VIVIFI 5G VAS, activated in the month following the successful port-in.

  • Promotion valid for new “Norton 360 Premium + VIVIFI Roam Value” plan sign-ups from 9 Jan 2025 till further notice.

  • The subscription fee of VIVIFI Roam Value plan will be charged at $7.70 per month from the date of SIM activation if payment of $49.90 for 1 year subscription of the bundled Norton 360 Premium service is not made successfully within 14 days of submitting the order.

  • Subscriber must activate the SIM card successfully within 14 days of receiving the SIM (physical SIM)/ Order ID (eSIM).

Norton 360 Premium – Purchase Terms & Conditions
  • By signing up for Norton 360 Premium subscription, the customer acknowledges that services related to Norton 360 Premium are provided by Gen Digital Inc. (the parent company of Norton).
  • Once customer’s order has been approved by VIVIFI and payment has been successfully made, the customer will receive the Norton 360 Premium installation guide and product key via email within 5 working days.
  • Customer must ensure that the provided email address is correct and accessible.
  • To activate Norton 360 Premium subscription, the customer must visit Norton website at https://www.norton.com/setup and enter the product key provided by VIVIFI.
  • The promotional price of $49.90 for Norton 360 Premium service will only be applicable for the first year of subscription. If the customer does not wish to continue the subscription beyond the first year, they must disable the auto-renewal feature via the Norton website or app before the renewal date. 
  • Norton 360 Premium includes features such as device protection, secure VPN, password manager, and parental control tools. For the full and most up-to-date feature list, please refer to Norton’s official website at https://www.norton.com. Payment made is non-refundable.
  • For issues related to Norton 360 Premium service, customer will need to contact Norton’s Singapore hotline directly at 1800 720 7898. Phone support is available from 9am to 9pm local time, Monday to Sunday. Alternatively, customer may visit Norton’s support site https://support.norton.com/sp/en/sg/home/current/help-center for assistance with their issues.
  • Customer acknowledges that VIVIFI is only a reseller of Norton 360 Premium and is not responsible for service performance, feature availability, or compatibility issues.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription, including enabling or disabling auto-renewal and ensuring timely activation.
