MIUI 13 comes to Global Devices, Enhancing Core Experience While Improving Efficiency
and Personalization
In Addition to the global Redmi Note 11 Series launch, Xiaomi also introduced its next generation
operating system, MIUI 13, to international markets. As of Q4 2021, MIUI monthly active users
surpassed 500 million. This latest generation operating system offers an all-round upgrade with a
focus on improving core experience—including faster storage, higher background process
efficiency, smarter processing, and longer battery life—alongside other useful features.
The first wave of roll outs for MIUI 13 will kick-start within Q1 2022 to selected devices, with the
release schedule to be gradually published on the MIUI website. Rollout schedule may vary by
region.

To ensure maximized filtration efficiency, the Pro model newly integrates both PM2.5 and PM10
sensors to precisely detect inhalable particles of different sizes. An ionizer has been added to
help capture floating pollutants. Alongside this, Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Pro offers 500m3/h PCADR and 185m3 /h FCADR, meaning it can filter the air of a 40m2 living room entirely every 15 minutes.
On top of powerful filtering performance, Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Pro also offers a largely
enhanced user experience. its sleek design and low-noise running mode at night make sure it
blends perfectly into users’ modern homes and life. A crystal-clear OLED touch display allows for
quick viewing of AQI, temperature, and humidity statistics at a glance, and quick adjustments in
just a few taps. Users can also remotely control the device using Xiaomi Home App, effortlessly
scheduling purification routines and behavior, setting up automation with other IoT devices,
viewing filter usage status, and more. Voice commands are also supported with Google Assistant
and Amazon Alexa*.
