AMD launches AMD Ryzen K9, new paw shaped socket for better paw-formance
The Ryzen K9 processor has a clock of 3.8 GHz and supports DDR4-4666 for a start. Similar to the Ryzen 1800X, it comes with 8 Cores 16 threads. It has a low TDP of 25W only.
In this new series, AMD has a technology break through, they have designed a paw shaped CPU instead of the usual squarish design. Don’t worry, AMD has packaged a paw shaped heatsink with the package.
The suggested retail price is USD 399 and should be available soon.
