ASRock is slated to announce it’s AMD 880G+SB850 board – ASRock 880G Extreme3 soon. This new board features the AMD 880G Northbridge and AMD SB850 southbridge. It also comes with an integrated graphcis Radeon HD 4250.

The ASRock 880G Extreme3 also supports the upcoming Phenom II X6 Six-Core CPU. For better stability, ASRock also use DuraCap (2.5 x longer life time), 100% Japan-made high-quality Conductive Polymer Capacitors on board.

ASRock is also first to introduce the UCC function on the AMD 880G board (was first introduced on 890GX). The UCC unlocks the hidden cores e.g. Phenom II X3 710 and turn it into a quad core.

For overclocking, it supports Turbo50 technology which improves system performance by choosing the option within the BIOS.

As for graphics, the board comes with an integrated AMD Radeon HD 4250 graphics, DX10.1, Shader Model 4.1, Max. shared memory 512MB graphics. It also supports ATI™ Quad CrossFireX™, 3-Way CrossFireX™, CrossFireX™ and Hybrid CrossFireX™.

As for periperhal connectivity, it has 1 x eSATAIII Connector, 6 x SATA3 6.0 Gb/s, connector, 2 x USB 3.0 Ports, 2 x IEEE1394 Ports.

Other features of the board are ErP/EuP Ready, ASRock Instant Boot, Instant Flash, OC DNA, OC Tuner, IES, 7.1 CH HD Audio (VT2020 Audio Codec with QSound), 110dB & Premium Blu-ray audio support. The package also comes with free Bundle: CyberLink DVD Suite – OEM and Trial and Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi MB – Trial
