Circles.Life Expands Non-Telco Services through Digital Partnership Initiatives

Circles.Life partners with Sistic to provide Singapore’s first seamless event booking experience

Singapore, 6 February, 2020 – Circles.Life, Asia’s first fully digital telco, today announces a partnership with Sistic, Singapore’s largest ticketing service company and solution provider, allowing users to experience Circles.Life’s high-user journey with simple and convenient events on the discovery, search and booking platform. Introducing this partnership represents Circle.Life’s next step as an all-around digital features platform that now offers users lifestyle features beyond telco.

Starting today, users can book Sistic events directly on the Circles.Life app. This partnership is the first to provide users with an end-to-end, in-app event-booking experience. By tapping into Circles.Life’s technology stack, users can expect to experience a seamless customer journey, with a quicker booking process, in-built calendar and reminder setting and a smart recommendation search engine that displays events based on their interests.

This service, available for all Circles.Life’s users, lets them purchase tickets using the credit card attached to their telco accounts. For non-Circles.Life users in Singapore, they can download the app and access the events feature as well as enter their card details to purchase a ticket at no additional cost. Users can also expect special deals in the future if they purchase tickets through the Circles.Life platform, and more features are in the pipeline to improve the user journey and experience.

Initiatives with Prudential Singapore

Partnerships has been one of Circles.Life’s key strategies to boost its multi-vertical product initiatives. On top of Sistic’s partnership, Circles.Life has recently launched a promotion together with life insurer Prudential Singapore, whose customers will enjoy registration discounts and bill waivers when they sign up for Circles.Life base plan. In turn, existing Circles.Life customers who meet with a Prudential financial consultant will enjoy a $20 bill waiver.
