Circles.Life, Singapore’s most recommended telco, today introduced their premium program, Circles.Black. The program targets telco customers who are looking for an elevated experience that prioritises comfort and
efficiency. Members can enjoy the luxury of a customised human experience, merged with the convenience of a virtual one.

Crafted based on customer insight, Circles.Life has carefully curated the offerings that Circles.Black will deliver. Designed to replicate the benefits of an in-store customer experience, Circles.Black will take members on an video journey where a ‘Happiness Officer’ will walk members through a customised one-on-one tour that will cover the benefits they can access as well as provide an in-depth recommendation on their device purchases. The magical part – members get to do this from the comfort of their homes.

“We’re excited to offer customers a unique solution that merges the comfort of an in-person experience, with the efficiency, pace and ease of a virtual one.” said Siddarth Chaturvedi, Head of Singapore Growth at Circles.Life. “Our aim is to pivot the telco and technology industry, elevating the way customers live their digital lives in every way possible. We’re extremely excited to be able to bring this to our customers through
Circles.Black.”

From today, customers who are interested in Circles.Black, will be directed to join the Circles.Black Waitlist. Once they sign up, they are automatically ensured a place to be first in line to access the telco’s 5G offerings, amongst other benefits.

According to a study done by UBS in June this year, 90% of respondents indicated interest in subscribing to 5G services and 60% of respondents with fixed broadband subscriptions said they would cancel their subscriptions if they had good experience with 5G.

Circles.Black comes with a full suite of additional benefits for members, which include an annual $200 phone upgrade voucher, versus those they would receive from other telcos sporadically every few years. Members will also enjoy complimentary device insurance that covers accidental damage, liquid damage and cracks. A 2015 report by Otterbox revealed that 38% of smartphone users in Singapore said their device was likely to be damaged within the first three months of use. The insurance plan is provided by HLA Worth $144 and up to $2,500 without being tied down to a contract.

Circles.Life is focused on giving power back to people through a better data experience.

Circles.Life recently announced an eSIM launch, allowing for contactless experience in the light of COVID-19’s social distancing measures. It also announced a digital partnership with Sistic and AXA as a driver to amp up the lifestyle and financial services initiatives. These services, available for all Circles.Life and non-Circles.Life users can be accessed through the Circles.Life app. This information will be available in the Circles.Life app.
