A few days ago, we reviewed the Gorilla mobile, the latest MVNO based on M1. While we were on a trip back from town area, we bypass Jurong East. Guess what, the 5G logo appeared on the POCO M3 Pro 5G smartphone.
A quick check using Speedtest shows that it indeed can connect to M1’s 5G NSA network. If you recall, Circles Life was able to do so some time ago until they disabled it.
5G NSA speeds are just similar to what you get with LTE-A. Here is a video to prove that it actually works.
