A number of users have been asking the same question over the net regarding the problem. What happened is that after updating the Windows 10 preview build 10130, the system will end up in a loop and keeps rebooting.
Many methods were used to fix it including booting from an earlier Windows 10 Preview USB ISO and repair the installed OS. Most failed.
In fact, the problem has nothing to do with the Operating System. Rather, it is a BIOS setting that is creating this havoc.
For DIY users, they should be familiar with the BIOS settings. Just go into the BIOS and find an option “No-Execute memory Protect” and set it to ON.
Reboot the machine and it should boot into Windows 10 without any issue. Try it, it works.
