M1 3G data users are facing problems accessing their mobile broadband since as early as 3am this morning. According to news reports, users have called in to the radio station to complain about the service and the hotline 1627 was inaccessible. Users affected seems to be from the Western part of Singapore and they include users from Tuas, Clementi, Bukit Batok East. It is not known how many users are affected.

Here is what M1 says on their facebook page.
“Some of our customers are experiencing intermittent access issues with mobile data. We are addressing the issue and apologise for the inconvenience,” said the telco on its Facebook page at 9.30am.
It later posted an update at 1pm, saying: “We regret the intermittent access issues some of our customers are facing with mobile data. Our engineers are working hard to resolve the issue now and we will update you when we have additional information.”
